At Vibrantindiatravels, we work hard to deliver outstanding travel experiences while maintaining openness in all of our offerings. Before making any reservations, please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy.
- The client’s cancellation: You must provide us written notice by email at least 15 days before the trip date if you need to cancel your reservation.
There will be cancellation fees in accordance with the following policy: At least 30 days before to the trip: 10% of the entire package price 15–29 days before to departure: 25% of the entire package price 7–14 days before to departure: 50% of the entire bundle price
Not showing up or less than seven days: 100% of the entire package price (no reimbursement)
Revocation by Vibrantindiatravels:
Customers will be provided with the following options in the unusual event that Vibrantindiatravels must cancel a trip because of unanticipated circumstances (such as natural disasters, government limitations, or inadequate participation):
a complete reimbursement of the money paid, or
A choice to move the reservation to a different time or location
- Policy for Refunds: Within seven to ten business days after the cancellation confirmation date, all refunds will be handled.
The original payment method used at the time of booking will be credited with the refund.
Please be aware that there are no refunds available for service fees, convenience fees, or other non-refundable items (like airline tickets or hotel reservations subject to third-party restrictions).
- Bookings That Are Not Refundable: At the time of booking, some reservations could be noted as non-refundable. Regardless of the date of cancellation, no refund will be given in such circumstances.
